⚠ CRITICAL NOTICE ON AUTHORSHIP & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
USERS, REDISTRIBUTORS, DEVELOPERS, AND SERVER OPERATORS ARE STRICTLY AND UNCONDITIONALLY PROHIBITED FROM CLAIMING AUTHORSHIP, CREATION, OR OWNERSHIP OF PVPRODIGY IN WHOLE OR IN PART.
Any individual or entity that falsely claims to have created, designed, or developed this software, or who removes author attributions, will be subject to immediate civil litigation, copyright infringement claims, and commercial lawsuits by EchoLight Innovations for maximum statutory damages, legal fees, and emergency injunctive relief under international copyright law.
1. Dual Operational Architecture: Java Bytecode Mod & Server Plugin
PvProdigy is authored, compiled, and packaged as a universal Java archive artifact (`.jar`). Due to its unified JVM bytecode architecture, the software is natively engineered to function in two distinct execution environments:
- Client-Side and Server-Side Minecraft Mod: Dynamically loads within Minecraft client and server mod loaders including Fabric Loader, NeoForge, Minecraft Forge, and Quilt.
- Server Runtime Plugin & Proxy Module: Dynamically loads and interfaces directly with server software runtimes and proxies including Paper, Purpur, Spigot, Folia, Velocity, and BungeeCord.
Regardless of whether the binary file is deployed as a mod (e.g. inside a mods/ directory) or as a server plugin (e.g. inside a plugins/ directory), all copyright provisions, anti-plagiarism covenants, mathematical models, native libraries, and proprietary SIMD neural weights are fully and identically protected under this Agreement.
2. Attribution Enforcement & Prohibition Against False Authorship
(a) Strict Non-Repudiation of Authorship: The exclusive authorship, copyright, and global proprietary title of PvProdigy belong solely to EchoLight Innovations. You may not under any circumstance imply, advertise, write, say, market, post, or distribute statements asserting or suggesting that you or any third party created, coded, or produced PvProdigy.
(b) Watermark and Digital Signature Protection: Removing, altering, obfuscating, stripping, or replacing copyright headers, package names (e.g., com.echolight.pvprodigy.*), author metadata, in-game command branding (`/pvprodigy`), or the "Powered by EchoLight Innovations" designation is an intentional, willful infringement of intellectual property.
(c) Legal Action & Lawsuit Warning: EchoLight Innovations actively monitors public repositories, discord guilds, client distributions, and community platforms. Any unauthorized fork, rebrand, or publication claiming self-authorship will trigger immediate legal enforcement, including:
- Formal DMCA and WIPO takedown notices across all hosting providers and CDNs.
- Civil lawsuits for willful copyright infringement (statutory damages up to $150,000 per violation under 17 U.S.C. § 504(c)).
- Lawsuits for false advertising, trademark dilution, and fraudulent misrepresentation.
- Full recovery of all incurred attorney fees, litigation expenses, and recovery of any revenue generated by infringing parties.
3. Permitted Uses & Scope of Non-Commercial License
Subject to complete compliance with this Agreement, EchoLight Innovations grants the end-user a personal, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to download, install, and execute verified binary builds of PvProdigy solely for private personal gaming, practice, and non-commercial performance analysis.
4. Commercial Exploitation & Paywall Restrictions
You may not sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute via paywalled tiers (including Patreon, Gumroad, or private subscriptions), or monetize compiled binaries of PvProdigy without an express, countersigned Commercial Licensing Agreement from EchoLight Innovations.
5. Trade Secrets & Neural Core Weights
The neural combat prediction matrices (`pvprodigy_core_simd.bin`), Gaussian tendon trajectory curves, and sub-tick packet calibration algorithms remain confidential trade secrets. Decompiling, disassembling, deobfuscating, or reverse engineering these algorithmic structures for the purpose of reproducing competing software is strictly prohibited.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
PVPRODIGY IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, ECHOLIGHT INNOVATIONS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL ECHOLIGHT INNOVATIONS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SOFTWARE.
End User License Agreement (EULA) & Fair Play Guidelines

By installing, copying, loading into a Minecraft client instance or server runtime, or using PvProdigy in any manner, you agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree to every term of this EULA, do not download, install, or run PvProdigy.
1. Server Operator Sovereignty & Jurisdiction
Multiplayer game networks, competitive arenas, and independent server administrators hold complete legal and operational sovereignty over their server environments. You acknowledge that:
- Each server network publishes its own rules regarding authorized client modifications, assistance tools, and packet handling policies.
- PvProdigy provides comprehensive in-game configuration toggles (`/pvprodigy config`) permitting players to disable features to comply with specific server tournament or league regulations.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring your utilization of PvProdigy complies with the guidelines of any server you connect to.
2. Exclusion of Server Disciplinary Liability
EchoLight Innovations and its developers are not responsible, liable, or accountable for any disciplinary actions taken against your game accounts, UUIDs, or IP addresses by server administrators, automated anti-cheat systems, or tournament referees. This includes, without limitation: temporary bans, permanent bans, leaderboards expulsions, inventory rollbacks, or competitive disqualifications.
3. Integrity of Codebase & Prohibition of Malicious Payloads
EchoLight Innovations guarantees that official binary builds downloaded from verified PvProdigy endpoints contain zero malware, spyware, trojans, ransomware, cryptocurrency miners, or remote-access utilities. Modifying, re-compiling, or packaging PvProdigy with malicious payloads for distribution to unsuspecting users is a federal crime under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA) and will be reported directly to law enforcement authorities.
4. License Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice from EchoLight Innovations if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use and destroy all copies of PvProdigy in your possession.
Zero-Telemetry Privacy & Data Processing Policy
GDPR, CCPA & COPPA Compliant • Zero Log Retention Architecture
EchoLight Innovations adheres strictly to a foundational principle: your gameplay, communications, and personal telemetry belong solely to you. PvProdigy is deliberately engineered with a zero-retention, edge-native architecture.
1. Information We Never Collect or Process
- No In-Game Coordinates or Gameplay Packets: PvProdigy does not record, log, or transmit your in-game world coordinates, velocity vectors, inventory contents, or base locations.
- No Chat Logs or Private Messages: In-game server chats, private whispers, and discord bridge transmissions are never read or stored.
- No Keystroke or Peripheral Logging: Mouse clicks, keyboard inputs, and sensitivity settings are evaluated transiently in memory for kinetic bezier smoothing and discarded immediately.
- No Account Credentials or Session Tokens: Your Minecraft MSA tokens, session IDs, and authentication secrets are never accessed, touched, or cached.
2. Local-Only Execution Framework
All mathematical calculations, trajectory predictions, kinetic motion smoothing, and reinforcement learning model inferences execute 100% locally within your machine's JVM process space using hardware SIMD acceleration. At no point is gameplay data sent to cloud servers for remote inference.
3. Network Telemetry & Version Queries
The web portal and updater only make anonymous, encrypted HTTPS GET queries to retrieve publicly published changelogs and version release manifests. No hardware serial numbers, device fingerprints, or persistent marketing cookies are retained.

1. Adherence to Brand Guidelines
PvProdigy operates in strict compliance with the Mojang Studios Commercial Usage Guidelines. No proprietary Minecraft game assets, textures, sound effects, or vanilla server code are distributed inside the PvProdigy binary. All mod loader hooks interface via public, open-source APIs provided by the Fabric, NeoForge, and Paper communities.
2. Intellectual Property Respect
Any references to Minecraft, Mojang, or related marks are used solely for descriptive and compatibility reference purposes in accordance with nominative fair use doctrine.

Unless a separate written license says otherwise, every right, title, and interest in PvProdigy is reserved by EchoLight Innovations. This notice applies to the software, source code, compiled binaries, launcher, website, documentation, artwork, names, logos, interface design, release notes, configuration defaults, and all original technical materials published with the project.
1. Reserved Rights
All rights not expressly granted in a signed license are reserved. You may not copy, reproduce, translate, adapt, modify, publish, publicly display, distribute, sell, sublicense, lease, rent, host, mirror, or create derivative works from any protected project material except as expressly permitted by the applicable license.
2. Attribution and Notice Integrity
Copyright headers, author credits, package names, trademarks, version identifiers, digital signatures, license notices, and “Powered by EchoLight Innovations” references must not be removed, hidden, altered, or replaced. A fork, modified build, mirror, tutorial, video, or redistribution must not imply that it was authored or officially released by EchoLight Innovations.
3. Limited Permission
A user may download and run an official build for personal, lawful use, subject to the current EULA and software license. This permission is limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable. It does not transfer ownership or grant permission to redistribute the build or its components.
4. Commercial Use
Commercial distribution, paid access, bundling, resale, sponsorship placement, hosted-service use, or monetized derivative products require prior written authorization. No silence, public download, repository visibility, or prior permission for personal use should be interpreted as commercial authorization.
5. Third-Party Materials
Third-party names, libraries, platforms, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are governed by their own terms. Nothing on this page claims ownership of Minecraft, Mojang, Microsoft, Java, Fabric, NeoForge, Paper, or other third-party projects.
6. Reporting Unauthorized Use
If you believe a project copy, build, listing, or publication misuses protected material or removes required attribution, preserve the relevant URL and evidence and contact EchoLight Innovations through the official support channel. Reports may be reviewed for licensing, attribution, impersonation, or trademark concerns.
7. No Waiver
Failure to enforce a right immediately does not waive that right. Any exception must be clear, specific, and provided in writing by an authorized representative. This notice may be updated when the project, ownership, or applicable law changes.
